Keep your faith always!!!

Helloooo...Finally I have some time to post something on my blog.. On August 12th, me and my friend received the results of Cambridge AS Level Examination that we faced on May 2010. All of us almost forgot about the test, until my friend surprised all of us by telling that the result would be released on August 12th. It was beyond belief!! The result was almost unacceptable. It was so terrible for me. From all the 4 subjects that I took, I got B in math, but I got straight E in physics, biology, and chemistry. I really did wanna cry. My seniors(the previous grade 12 students), almost all of them managed to get straight A in all subjects, but me....even after I tried so hard to get the good results, It was so disappointing. I just wasted my parents money to get something good and repaid them only with trash!! I was so sad. I was also really mad and disappointed with my friends who got better scores than me(around C or B), but they didn't feel grateful for that. They always said it was bad or not good enough etc. It hurts so much to hear that. When my teacher read the score for all of us in the class, she said  'for Physics,Christopher Verdi got A. Christopher Abraham got E'. We have the same name but me and Verdi were 180 degree opposite. He is such a clever guy, but me...I am not like him. He can do everything better than me. I was so down, but I was still grateful to our God, Jesus Christ. I was able not to get Ungraded. I felt really sorry to some of my friends for their Ungraded score. I just believe that He has wonderful plans for me, for my future, and also for all of you guys who might still feel disappointed. Don't ever forget that, guys!!! I totally believe that those were the scores He gave us. He has his own plans for us. So don't you ever leave Him, just put your trust to Him, do your best, and He will make everything beautiful according to His time. Also, for those who already got better score, don't you ever think that it was by your own power you were able to achieve those scores. It was given by our God Himself. If you ever think that it was by your own power and being cocky about that, just be ready if God takes everything from you, for He is the giver and the taker of everything in this world.

I have my own favorite quote from the movie Batman Begins, during the scene when little Bruce Wayne was helped by his father. His father told him ,"why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up."

Masashi Hamauzu

well I love music!! I love jazz and any kind of music that sounds good to me. this time I wanna talk about a composer. He's working as music composer in a game company named Square Enix(developer of the famous Final Fantasy). He was born in German. His was a piano teacher and his father, Akimori Hamauzu, an opera singer. He developed an interest in music while in kindergarten. Growing up in Germany, Hamauzu received piano and singing lessons from his parents and created his first original compositions during high school. After his brother was born, the family moved to Osaka, Japan. He enrolled in the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, where he joined a student ensemble as a pianist. Hamauzu met his wife, Matsue Hamauzu, at the university, and they have two children. Matsue worked alongside Hamauzu on the soundtrack to Final Fantasy VII as a soprano and Sigma Harmonics(Nintendo DS game) as a scat singer; she was also a soprano for the score to Final Fantasy VIII. After graduating from the university, he thought about becoming a classical musician, but he eventually found out that he wanted to work with game music instead.

Hamauzu composes music in many different styles, often using multiple styles throughout the various pieces of a soundtrack. He mostly creates clasiccal and ambient music, and uses the piano predominantly as an instrument. He frequently incorporates dissonance to provide an atmospheric effect. In Unlimited Saga, for example, the style of his compositions mix classical marches, tango music, electronic ambiance, instrumental solos, and jazz(YEAAAHHHH,JAZZZ BABYYYY!!!!).

Masashi is also the composer for Final Fantasy XIII soundtrack and it was well received by all the fans, and I personally love it!!!

Fleeting Angel

One summer, I can still remember
One Fleeting Angel came by
He took notice of my attention
By saying “Hi”
With a simple smile I greeted him
And that’s how it all began
Since then his laughter sounded like a
song to me
His voice seems like a sweet melody
The calmness of his appearance
Made me indeed very happy
And I have wished that moment
Will never end
For I know in my heart

To this Fleeting Angel who is my

From spring time to winter

Days filled with laughter
Though few with tears

Ghost of Sparta haunting PSP November 2

For all gamers, especially God of War freakz, it's official that God of War: Ghost of Sparta will be released on November 2!!! Kratos' massacre hasn't over!!! The story is set between the event of GOW and GOW 2, and SCEA said that it'll tell every untold story about Kratos. So for all gamers freakz, let's just wait for the game, and prepare to feel again the wrath of the Ghost of Sparta!!!
